Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Food Photographer to join the Digidine team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and an eye for detail, capable of capturing the beauty and allure of various cuisines. Your photographs will be used across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials, to help our restaurant clients showcase their dishes in the most appealing way possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality images of food and beverages that align with our clients' brand aesthetics and marketing goals.
• Work closely with restaurant clients and our creative team to understand their vision and style, ensuring that the photography reflects the unique character of each restaurant.
• Set up and style food scenes, paying close attention to lighting, composition, and props to highlight the dish's best features.
• Edit and retouch photographs using software like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to achieve the desired final look.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to create cohesive visual content for social media campaigns, websites, and promotional materials.
• Manage and maintain photography equipment, ensuring it is always ready for use on-site or in the studio.
• Stay updated on food photography trends and techniques to keep our content fresh and appealing.
• Organize and archive digital assets for easy access and future use.
• Travel to various restaurant locations as needed to capture on-site images, often working under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Food Photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work with food and beverages.
• Expertise in using professional camera equipment, including knowledge of lighting techniques specific to food photography.
• Proficiency in photo editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of composition, color, and styling in relation to food photography.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, chefs, and our creative team.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for food and a creative mindset, always looking to push the boundaries of what’s possible in food photography.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with restaurants or food brands.
• Knowledge of video production and food styling.
• Certification in photography or a related field.
